IL, Lisbon and the absurdity of fragmentation opinion

The liberal initiative has good reasons not to want to be part of Carlos Moedas’ coalition in Lisbon. It’s a new party that is growing and that feels like it has to make a name for itself every time it is voted. In Porto, its main cadres belong to the Rui Moreira movement, so the support of the current president seems inevitable. In the rest of the country, there will be residual presence in places that do not generate media coverage or affirmation dynamics. If I didn’t walk alone in Lisbon, I wouldn’t have a story to tell in the churches. In an election year, it would just be a footnote on the news.
