The President of Moreirense had another positive test for the new coronavirus that causes Covid-19 four months after the initial infection. This Saturday, Lusa confirmed the source of the 1st League Football Club.

The 69-year-old Vítor Magalhães knew the result of a screening battery held on Sunday and went into prophylactic isolation on the eve of the home game of the “Canons” with Belenenses SAD (2-2) in the game at the end of the 21st trip.

The manager, who is asymptomatic, was already infected in early November 2020 when a Covid-19 outbreak in Moreirense caused 30 cases, which resulted in the suspension of training for a week and a half and the postponement of the game with Paços de Ferreira.

Moreirense, eighth, with 26 points, travels on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. in Estádio dos Barreiros in Funchal to Marítimo, 17th and penultimate, with 18 points Luís Godinho from the Évora club.
