Famalicão and Farense drew (0-0) this Saturday in a game of the “Affected” in relation to the 21st round of the I League, increasing the number of games without a home win for the Famalicenses to seven. The Algarves have equalized again and scored in the last four matches.
After winning at Vila do Conde, Famalicão was unable to overcome the home block, where he has not won since early November, as he struggled to stop the Faro team’s momentum.
With André Pinto’s exclusion in the 50th minute, Farense was forced to give up his offensive game and focus on less noble tasks, but crucial to guarantee a point on an afternoon he even showed arguments for one to achieve a different result.
Despite the stifling dominance, Famalicão was unable to create real scoring opportunities, on top of a free kick from Rúben Vinagre and a shot from Valenzuela in a rotation in which he shot an opponent.
Farense, on the other hand, was close to goal at a time when Famalicão risked everything to reach the goal. Licá (83 ‘) shot inches from Luiz Júnior’s goal post at the best opportunity of the game.
The teams have 19 points, two more than the bottom of the table, Marítimo (with less than one game), who continues to occupy a delicate position in the championship.
