The bar association ignored opinions on the incompatibility of their vices lawyers

The Portuguese Bar Association guarantees that it has ignored the existence of an opinion issued in May by the Advisory Council of the General Prosecutor’s Office which found it incompatible for one of its Vice-Presidents, Rui Silva Leal, to perform this role with that of members of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Council (CSMP ).
