Beauty once lived in a gorgeous castle, where her every need was met. She was showered with attention. Too much attention. The King became jealous and insisted that the cat should go! (It was either him or the cat, he threatened.) He was not going to share. The Queen, unfortunately, chose to keep the King, and poor Beauty was sent packing.

Beautiful Lira - she poses like a professional model, but she has none of the demands that some divas require. Oh, she loves soft things, like a pillow on the sofa to catch a quick cat nap. And she wouldn’t turn away a dish of moist food.  She is easily pleased.

For weeks, this big gentle dog watched the customers that walked into the local minit mart from his ‘designated’ spot on the sidewalk at the end of the building. He kept hoping his people would come back for him. Surely, they didn’t intend to leave him there. Did they?!
