May 18, is the 30th anniversary of the eruption of Mount St Helens and there are a lot of activities planned. Please also see page 13 of this month’s issue for the Valley Bugler special feature of Mt. St Helens at the beginning of our Visitors Guide.You also won’t want to mis the May edition of National Geographic – the cover article is about our mountain! Volcanoes are big news now.
