Castle Rock Seniors - November 2009

The Castle Rock Senior Center is excited to present their Calendar of Activities for NOVEMBER 2009!

Every Monday: Our infamous Cinnamon Rolls and coffee will be served to the public from 10am to NOON. Suggested donation is only $1.50!

Every Tuesday & Friday: Get that heart rate up and get healthy with the exercise classes from 10am to 11am!

Every Wednesday: CAP offers Nutrition Meals for Seniors at the Center at NOON. Suggested donation is $2.50, but PLEASE call #274-7502 or #274-8145 (by Monday) for reservations.

Paper Tole projects take place from 1pm - 3pm.

Every Thursday: Fun Quilting projects will take place from 12pm to 3pm and Pinochle games are played in the Center at 7pm and is open to all who are interested, so bring your game!

SPECIAL DATES: Hurrah!

Tuesday, November 10th: Program and Potluck Lunch - special music by Willie Dixon and his band will start at 11am, followed by the potluck at noon. Come and join in the fellowship!
“Write Your Life Story” fellowship will happen from 1pm - 3pm.

Friday, November 13th: Baked Potato Day!!! From high noon to 1:30pm, you can get a delicious potato with all the trimmings, a cookie and coffee. Suggested donation is just $5.00 - and everyone is welcome! YUM!

Thursday, November 19th: Commodities will be distributed from 10am - 1pm. You must have a valid punch card.

Every Saturday: SENIOR BINGO is here! Played from 1pm - 3pm on Saturdays!

Friday, November 6th: FLU SHOTS will be given from 1pm - 2:30pm. Cost is $20 for non-medicare, medicare must have their cards.

NOTICES:

* Raffle tickets are on sale for a QUILT and at least 20 other prizes to be raffled off December 8th. Tickets are $1/ea. or 6 for $5.
