Longview Leaf Pickup

From October through January, leaves from City of Longview maintained trees only may be placed in the street for pick up by the City’s Street Division. “It’s important that we remove fallen leaves from these areas so that vehicles and pedestrian traffic can move safely throughout the city,” says Street Supervisor Rick Chinchen. “Our crews use shovels, pitchforks, loaders and dump trucks to load and haul leaves to pre-designated areas for composting.” Read more
